Here is a testimonial from my friend Dr. Lenny Cocco.
“Hi this is Dr. Lenny and this is my story. About a year ago a coaching client had to foreclose on some houses he got into. We noticed that his credit score went down to 520 fast. What we did not expect was the way his bank and mortgage company responded to this new low number. Almost at once his credit cards lowered his credit, the 2nd on his house was canceled, and his gold status was removed from his personal account. This was his bank for 25 years. They treated him like a number. Well, I started searching for a way to eliminate debt and mortgages altogether. I became a maniac searching around for a company that was going to help me and my clients. I wanted to become debt free so I never had to put up with being a number like my friend. I finally have found a company that will help all of us to become debt free. You have to check it out.

The first strategy is to go to bi-weekly payments. Even though you are paying the same amount to your lender each month with monthly payments you make 12 payments a year. By paying one half the amount every other week, you are making 26 half payments or 13 full payments a year. That is an extra payment a year. On a 30 year mortgage of $100,000 at 10% you would payoff your in just over 20 years. That is an interest savings of $73,000. Wow. That’s a lot of money.
There is now a program where you can pay off your mortgage, or any other debt, in five years or less just by referring others to the program. It is called Dream Success. You will get a referral fee for each person you refer to apply to your mortgage. You will also get money for everyone you refer that refers others. You can save up to $205,000 in interest over the life of the $100,000 loan. The more you refer, the faster you eliminate debt. Imagine what your life would be like if you had no debt? This program is available for most kinds of debt, personal and business. It is also availible in several countries around the world.
Please call me on 510 791-2238 or email me at: pathwaysinc@pacbell.net if you would like more information.
This program has been approved by the Attorney General’s Office and is not a pyramid scheme.
I am starting a crusade to help people get out of debt and accumulate wealth. I will be providing credit consumer counseling on how this can be accomplished. You will be amazed by this debt program. Imagine what it feel like to have your mortgage paid off saving hundreds of thousand of dollars. Wouldn’t it be great to have a zero balance on your credit cards? What if you could have money to pay for your child’s education or buy a second home? I plan to show you how.
